Spicy & Smoky Salsa

10 meaty tomatoes

4 fresh jalapeņos (or fresh habaneros)

3 - 4 cloves of garlic

2 TBSP of Blazing Blends HabaneroŠ spice rub

juice from 3 limes

1 TBSP vinegar

pinch of salt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Broil or grill the tomatoes, jalapeņos (or fresh habaneros), and garlic until they are all nicely blackened. This could take up to an hour. Squeeze the tomatoes first to get rid of most of the juices. Put in a blender with the Blazing Blends HabaneroŠ spice rub, lime juice, vinegar, salt and cilantro. Blend for a few minutes.
