Spicy Fish Fillet

You can "blacken" any fresh fish filet by liberally covering it with you favorite Blazing Blends© spice rub and sautéing or grilling over very high heat for a few minutes. Since blackening uses a lot of spices, I would suggest the Mild Chile© spice blend unless you like things REALLY hot.
