Smoky Barbecue Sauce

1 pound of fresh tomatoes, squeezed and seeded

4 cloves garlic

1/2 medium onion

1/2 green pepper

1 TBSP Soy sauce

2 TBSP molasses

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup black beans (drained from can, but save the liquid)

1/4 cup Blazing Blends Smoky Chile© rub


Sweat the onion, green pepper and garlic. Add tomatoes and simmer for about ten minutes. All all the other ingredients and simmer for another 30 minutes. If it appears to get too thick, add some of the black bean liquid. Let it cool and pulse in a food processor to combine.
