Pork Fajitas

1 lb of pork

1 large onion

olive oil

4 or 5 garlic cloves

1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 yelow pepper

any of our 4 Blazing Blends© spice rubs


Liberally cover with your favorite Blazing Blends© spice rub; probably 2 TBSP for each cut of meat. Slice a large onion into 1" rings and cut the peppers into quarters. Peel garlic cloves (I like putting a caramelized clove in each fajita). Brush the veggies with olive oil and sprinkle on your favorite Blazing Blends© spice rubs. Grill the meat and veggies until nicely done and caramelized. Slice and serve on a tortilla with salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Try with our Spicy & Smoky Sour Cream Dip.
